TMJ meets with David Beckham

PETALING JAYA: Johor Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim met with David Beckham and presented him with a Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) shirt bearing the former English football star's trademark No. 7.
It is not known when or where Tunku Ismail, who is Football Association of Malaysia president, met with Beckham, or the reason for the meeting.
Beckham, who played for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Los Angeles Galaxy during his career, is in Kuala Lumpur for the AIA Vitality Wellness Festival.
The 42-year-old, who is also an AIA Global Ambassador will attend the invite-only festival happening at KL Convention Centre on Friday.
Photos of Tunku Ismail meeting Beckham created a buzz on social media, with the Johor Southern Tigers Facebook post receiving close to 30,000 'likes' and 2,000 shares since it was shared early Friday.
According to the post, when asked about the meeting, Tunku Ismail said: "If it was not edited, it must have been paid for" (Ini kalau tak edit, mesti bayar punya ni.)
The comment suggests that haters might allege that the photos were edited and if they were not edited, that Beckham had been paid for the meeting.
