Klang double murder: Cops using highway, toll plaza CCTVs to track suspects

KLANG: Police are hot on the heels of the lone suspect behind a gruesome double murder which took place in Kampung Kuantan, here yesterday.
The man is being sought in connection with the death of Syed Mohd Fazrul Syed Mohd Ridhuan, 24; and his uncle, Wan Amir Abu Hassan, 48; at a poultry factory.
The two security guards were found with multiple slash wounds on their bodies.
Klang Utara district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mazelan Paijan said police have obtained CCTV footage from the factory.
The investigation showed that the lone suspect, who was known to both victims, had fled the scene in Fazrul's Proton Satria Neo.
They were both found with multiple slash wounds on their bodies.
The factory owner made the gruesome discovery at the premises about 1pm yesterday.
Mazelan added that the suspect had also escaped with Fazrul's salary amounting to RM3,000.
"My men from the Criminal Investigation Department are monitoring the CCTVs of all toll plazas to trace the car and the suspect," he said.
He added that three of the poultry factory's Bangladeshi workers have been detained to assist investigations.
