Subang condo MMA brawl: Remand extended for MMA exponent in viral video

KUALA LUMPUR: The remand order against a mixed martial arts (MMA) exponent, who was caught on video brawling with Nepali security guards at a Subang Jaya condo, has been extended.
His opponents, the three Nepali guards, are now also being probed for suspicion of working with fake permits.
Selangor Criminal Investigation Department chief Senior Assistant Commissioner Fadzil Ahmat said the MMA exponent would be remanded until Saturday to facilitate investigations.
“The three guards are now being held under Immigration Act under suspicion of using fake work permits. We are waiting for reports from the Immigration Department,” he said.
The remand order against the four expired today.
A videos of the brawl went viral on social media on Monday. The video showed the security guards engaged in a brawl with the man after stopping him from entering the condominium.
